The Rowan Rooms

THE ROWAN ROOMS

Psychotherapy and wellbeing in the South Wales Valleys

Welcome to The Rowan Rooms, a calm, creative and welcoming therapeutic space in Abersychan in the South Wales Valleys. The Rowan tree has long been associated with strength, resilience and protection. We chose the name as a reflection of what therapy can offer, a supportive space to weather difficult seasons, understand ourselves more deeply and find ways to grow through change.

Like the rowan, resilience isn’t about never struggling, it’s about finding our way forward, with the right support around us.

We are Vicky Moynihan and Natasha Swan. We are both BACP registered integrative counsellors and psychotherapists who practise independently from The Rowan Rooms in Abersychan, just north of Pontypool. Each of us brings our own experience, training and therapeutic approach. Explore our profiles below to find out more about how we work.
